Abstract

Abstract: 

The health sector is a major part of the health crises management strategy. To be fully prepared to face health crises in the event of them.

      Algeria has developed a set of programs and plans within the framework of the national strategy for protection from risks, which have been ineffective in the face of health crises, as evidenced by the studied models, which calls for redrawing these strategies.

قطاع الصحة جزأ رئيسي من استراتيجية إدارة الأزماتالصحية،وقد شهدت الجزائر العديد من الأزمات الصحية خلفت الكثيرمنالضحايا،ويكمن دورقطاع الصحة في إدارة الأزمات الصحية من خلال مختلف الاستراتيجيات الوطنية المرسومة للحماية من المخاطر،وذلك من خلال محاولة تجنب حدوث أزمات صحية،بالإضافة للاستعداد الكامل لمواجه ةالأزمات الصحية في حال حدوثها.

وقدوضعت الجزائرمجموعة منالبرامج والخطط فيإطارالاستراتيجية الوطنية للحماية من المخاطر،افتقرتإ لىالفعالية فيمواجهة الأزمات الصحية،وهو مايتضح من خلال النماذج المدروسة،وهومايستدعي إعادة رسم تلكا لاستراتيجيات.

Le secteur de la santé est un élément majeur de la stratégie de gestion des crises sanitaires. Être parfaitement préparé à faire face aux crises sanitaires en cas de crise.

      L'Algérie a mis au point un ensemble de programmes et de plans dans le cadre de la stratégie nationale de protection contre les risques, inefficaces face aux crises sanitaires, comme en témoignent les modèles étudiés, qui appellent à redéfinir ces stratégies.
